Where an account is suspended for investigation, y666 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 10 business days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering. In all other cases, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.
